I'm not very good with critique. But I guess the noses are a bit flat.You could bring the ears up a bit more. They seem too low.I'm sure ears should be slightly above eyes for people. I think the ears might be too far from the eyes as well,maybe bring them closer to where the eyes are, not sure .And the back of the heads are a bit too thin,just make them a bit thicker. Hope it was a bit helpful
